Using AeroVault
AeroVault is the TruScale Models rewards program. By creating an account or redeeming Aero Credits, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and use only product codes or eligible purchase information that belongs to you.
Aero Credits
Aero Credits are promotional loyalty points, not cash, currency, or property. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Credit values, earning opportunities, reward availability, and program rules may change. We will make reasonable efforts to honor completed redemptions and communicate material program changes.
Codes and purchase claims
Each code may be subject to a total redemption limit and a one-redemption-per-member limit. A purchase or order may be credited only once. We may delay, deny, reverse, or review credits associated with duplicate, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible activity.
Rewards and fulfillment
Rewards are subject to availability. Physical rewards require a deliverable address and may be limited by destination. Digital items are licensed for the receiving member’s personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. Discounts, shipping benefits, and order refunds are subject to the instructions and eligibility shown at redemption.
Account conduct
Do not attempt to guess codes, automate claims, create duplicate accounts, interfere with the service, or exploit errors. TruScale Models may suspend an account or reverse activity when reasonably necessary to protect the program and its members.
Availability and liability
AeroVault is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, TruScale Models is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the program. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
