What we collect
AeroVault by TruScale Models collects the information needed to operate your rewards account: your name, email address, password-based or Google sign-in identifier, profile preferences, Aero Credit activity, redemption history, and product codes. If you request a physical reward, we also collect the shipping and contact details you submit. If you request an order-related benefit, we collect the marketplace, order number, email, and other verification details you submit.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available. We use it only to authenticate you, connect you to the correct AeroVault wallet, and display your member profile. AeroVault does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google content.
How we use information
- Create, secure, and maintain your AeroVault account.
- Credit purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and maintain the rewards ledger.
- Deliver digital rewards and fulfill physical rewards or discounts.
- Respond to member requests and send service messages.
- Improve the reliability and usefulness of the rewards program.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, data storage, email delivery, and order fulfillment. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform those services. We do not sell member information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the program, its members, or TruScale Models.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for fraud prevention, fulfillment, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your profile and communication choices through your AeroVault account. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact TruScale Models using the contact information at truscalemodels.com. Some transaction records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Updates
We may update this policy as AeroVault changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through the site or another reasonable notice.
